1. Eligibility:
1.1 The “Grasshopper Fundamentals Training Giveaway” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of the LearnGrasshopper.com organization are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Contest Period:
2.1 The Contest begins on the date of this announcement and ends on the 12th of June at 11:59 PM (CEST)
2.2 Entries received after the Contest period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
3.1 To enter the Contest, participants must follow the steps outlined below:
   3.1.1 Publish a
post on their LinkedIn profile, including a link to
grasshopperfundamentals.com.
   3.1.2 In the post, participants must share why they should be chosen and how they plan to use Grasshopper in their work. Personal experiences or insights demonstrating how this tool can make a difference in their projects are encouraged.
   3.1.3 Participants must tag either the LearnGrasshopper profile or the organizer’s personal profile in their LinkedIn post to ensure their entry is noticed.
   3.1.4 Participants must also write a comment below the official contest announcement post, confirming that they have completed the steps outlined above.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:
4.1 Three winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the Contest period.
4.2 The first two winners will be announced on the 13th of June during the workshop “PARAMETRIC DESIGN MADE EASY.”
4.3 The remaining two winners will be announced on the 20th of June during the webinar “Parametric Design in Practice: Real-world Examples from the AEC Industry.”
4.4 Winners will be notified via LinkedIn direct message within five (5) business days after the respective announcement dates.
4.5 If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of being contacted, another winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

5. Prizes:
5.1 Each winner will receive one (1) free access pass to the Grasshopper Fundamentals Training.
5.2 The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

6. General Conditions:
6.1 By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by these regulations and the decisions of the LearnGrasshopper.com organization, which are final and binding.
6.2 Participants retain the rights to the content they create for their LinkedIn posts, but they grant LearnGrasshopper.com and its affiliates the right to use and repost their content for promotional purposes related to the Contest.
6.3 LearnGrasshopper.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these regulations or engages in any fraudulent or deceptive behavior.
6.4 LearnGrasshopper.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
6.5 LearnGrasshopper.com shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the Contest or the use of the prizes.

By participating in the “Grasshopper Fundamentals Training Giveaway” Contest, participants agree to release and hold LearnGrasshopper.com and its employees, representatives, and affiliates harmless from any and all liability or any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of the prizes.
