Parametric design is identified with crazy shapes, abstract geometries and futuristic design. Mainly thanks to architects who were in the front of applying and taking full advantage of the new design approach in the AEC industry. However, parametric design has much more to offer. Thanks to the possibility of automatisation, design can be performed much faster and be more ”tolerant” for changes.
